Features:

• Wheel can be moved forward and backward with the handle and no spanner is requires, also the handle body is packed to ensure protection from water, resulting in long life of machine.
• Vertical and bottom is possible directly through control panel itself, no spanner required and is packed to ensure protection from water.
• Main gear box and hallow shaft are covered with cover plate and oil seal. Water does not get into it resulting in long life.
• Body structure is made of plate which has less joints. It has heavy structure, due to which vibrations is negligible.
• Rubber strip is used inside the machine cover to avoid water from entering inside.
• Main wheel can be easily fitted at the quarry with nut (like replacing tyre)
• Machine gear box, hollow shaft, main shaft, rotet gearbox, dc gear box (phosphorous bronze), and other item are made up of a quality material, so it has long life.

Dressing Wire Saw Machine - Direct Motor Cut System

JB have developed JB 20 Block Dressing Wire Saw Machine. In this machine man wheel is joint on motor. It is Direct Model System made to work on smaller cuts upto 25 Sq.mt., such as in block dressing of stones. It also complements 60 HP Wire Saw machine and has a similar installation and service package.
